菱和龙葵提取物对致病性细菌的抑制作用 被引量:3

摘要 抗生素是人类健康的卫士,但其使用也产生了一系列的问题,如用量、频次、忽略停药期等。为了解决这些问题,寻求天然的药物控制高发传染性疾病成为当务之急。菱(Trapa bispinosa)和龙葵(Solanum nigrum)是典型的湿地植物,它们具有独特的抑菌特性。采用乙醇对菱和龙葵进行活性成分提取,发现菱和龙葵对金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)、大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli)、温和气单胞菌(Aeromonas sobria)有较强抑菌作用,可辅助代替抗生素控制传染性疾病,进而减少对抗生素的使用。 Antibiotics are the guardians of human health. In recent years, from the invention and application of antibiotics, the unfavorable problems in the use process have become increasingly prominent, such as the dosage, frequency of medication, neglect of withdrawal period, etc.Therefore it is urgent to find other natural disinfectant to replace antibiotics. Trapa bispinosa and Solanum nigrum are typical wetland plants, and they have unique antibacterial properties. Therefore, Trapa bispinosa and Solanum nigrum active ingredients were extracted by ethanol, and the antimicrobial activity of extrcts against Staphylococcus aureusa and Escherichia coli and Aeromonas sobria. The extracts could be used to replace antibiotics in the control of infections disease, which leads to less use of antibiotics.
