摘要
为了解区域性中小学教师培训的需求,对湖南省长沙市岳麓区1345名中小学教师进行问卷调查,结果表明:中小学教师对"终身教育"的认识高度统一,但既往培训课程存在重技能和实践、轻理论和研究的误区;大部分教师对提高自身教育情怀的培训需求不高,最喜欢模仿式的名校观摩和案例讲座,最希望得到骨干教师和教研专职教师的指导。基于此,教育行政部门应根据中小学教师发展的特点,分层分类地组织开展教师培训工作,合理制定培训课程,科学设置培训策略,并有针对性地进行教师考核和跟踪指导。
In order to understand the training needs of regional elementary and secondary school teachers,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 1345 elementary and secondary school teachers in Yuelu District, Changsha City. The results show that,the teachers have a highly unified understanding of lifelong education,but there are misunderstanding in previous training courses that emphasize skills and practice while neglect theory and research. Most of the teachers don’t have a high demand for training to improve their own educational feelings,they most like to imitate the famous school observation and case lectures,and most hope to get the guidance of backbone teachers and full-time teaching and research teachers. Based on the survey results,it is recommended that the education administrative department should organize and carry out teacher training according to the characteristics of development of primary and secondary teachers,the training courses should be developed reasonably,the training strategies should be set scientifically,and the teacher’s assessment should be carried out pertinently.
