摘要
蓝莓多在夏季成熟,天气炎热,采摘之后呼吸速率高,代谢旺盛,不易贮存。质量事关品牌的市场形象,良好的品牌必须配套严格的质量控制措施,为了延长蓝莓的保鲜期和货架期、保证果品质量,本文针对蓝莓采后标准化质量控制环节从原料入库端、加工端及成品端三个方面做了详细概述,为蓝莓采后的质量控制提供借鉴。
Blueberries are mostly ripe in summer, and the weather is hot. After harvesting, the respiration rate is fast, metabolism is strong, and storage is not easy. Quality is related to the brand's market image. A good brand must be accompanied by strict quality control measures. In order to prolong the shelf life of blueberries and ensure the quality of fruits, this paper gives a detailed overview of the standardized quality control of blueberries after harvest from three aspects: raw materials storageend, processingend and finished productsend, which can provide a reference for quality control of blueberries after harvest in the blueberry industry.
