摘要
400 mL蒸馏水为溶剂,加入硼砂,硼含量4 mg/L,分别加入其它离子,添加0.4%胍胶为主剂及其它助剂,使用高速搅拌器加入主剂。考察硼残留量、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Cl^-、S^(2-)含量对返排液回用性能影响。结果表明,溶液硼残留量为4 mg/L,Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)、Cl^-、S^(2-)分别为700,700,80 000,200 mg/L,配制压裂液,基液粘度为42~45 mPa·s,耐温性大于70℃,抗剪切性大于60 min,流变参数为0.081 04<n<0.291 49、36.658 94 mPa·s^n<k<64.549 07 mPa·s^n,携砂性能为0.416~0.519 mm/s,破胶液粘度小于2 mPa·s,残渣含量小于360 mg/L,界面张力小于1 mN/m,表面张力小于20 mN/m。
400 mL of distilled water is used as solvent,borax is added,the boron content 4 mg/L.After the determination,the amount of borax is added to the solvent.As a solution,other ions are added 0.4% silicone is added.The main agent and other auxiliaries are added to the main agent using a high speed agitator.The effects of boron residual amount,Ca^2+,Mg^2+,Cl^- and S^2- content on the recycling performance of the return liquid were investigated.The results showed that the residual boron content of the solution was 4 mg/L,and Ca^2+,Mg^2+,Cl^-,and S^2- were 700,700,80 000 mg/L and 200 mg/L,respectively.The fracturing fluid was prepared with the ion content after screening.The viscosity of the base fluid was 42~45 mPa·s,the temperature resistance was greater than 70 ℃,the shear resistance was greater than 60 min ,and the rheological parameters were 0.081 04< n <0.291 49 and 36.658 94 mPa·s^n<k < 64.549 07 mPa·s^n ,sand carrying performance is 0.416~0.519 mm/s,the viscosity of the glue is less than 2 mPa·s,the residue content is less than 360 mg/L,the interfacial tension is less than 1 mN/m,surface tension less than 20 mN/m.
