MgO模板辅助制备介孔碳材料吸附重金属性能研究 被引量:1

Preparation,characterization and application of mesoporous carbon materials derived from MgO template for removal of heavy metals

摘要 以明胶、壳聚糖和蔗糖分别作为碳源,柠檬酸镁为MgO模板前驱体,在高温氩气氛下制备了介孔碳吸附剂,用于Cu(Ⅱ)和Pb(Ⅱ)吸附。考察了碳源与柠檬酸镁质量比、煅烧温度对Cu(Ⅱ)和Pb(Ⅱ)离子吸附性能的影响。结果表明,制备介孔碳材料适宜条件为:以明胶为碳源,明胶与柠檬酸镁以质量比5/5混合后,在600℃氩气氛下煅烧2 h。制备的吸附剂孔径约5.1 nm,比表面积达783 m^2/g,对Cu(Ⅱ)和Pb(Ⅱ)的吸附容量分别高达8.3 mg/g和28 mg/g。 Mesoporous carbon adsorbents were prepared for the adsorption of Cu(Ⅱ) and Pb(Ⅱ) by calcination with gelatin,chitosan and sucrose as carbon precursor respectively,and magnesium citrate as MgO template precursor under high temperature argon atmosphere.The effects of the mass ratio of carbon precursor/magnesium citrate and calcination temperature on the adsorption performance of Cu(Ⅱ) and Pb(Ⅱ) ions were investigated.The results showed that the optimum preparation process of adsorbent was obtained as follows:gelatin is carbogen,calcining gelatin and magnesium citrate at a mass ratio of 5/5 under argon atmosphere of 600 ℃ for 2 h,the adsorbent exhibited mesostructure with a pore size of about 5.1 nm and a high specific surface area of 783 m2/g.The as-synthesized adsorbent exhibited high adsorption capacity for Cu(Ⅱ)(8.3 mg/g) and Pb(Ⅱ)(28 mg/g).
