摘要
研究了不同还原剂、活化剂、表面活性剂对瓜胶压裂液破胶的影响。实验表明,稠化剂加量与破胶时间呈正相关,低温交联剂配制的压裂液添加0.2%的稠化剂满足施工要求。还原剂、活化剂和部分非离子表面活性剂均能提高压裂液破胶性能,促进APS低温分解,优化筛选出破胶效果较好的复合破胶剂包括过APS/RA,APS/Fe(II)/SAC、APS/Fe(II)/EDTA,上述复合破胶剂均能在30℃下使压裂液2 h内破胶,残渣含量低于150 mg/L。具有使用浓度低、破胶返排速度快、低残渣的优点,适应低温压裂施工的需求。
The effect of the different reducing agent,activator,surfactant on fracturing fluid gel breaking performance were studied.Studies shows that fracturing fluid with different amount of thickeners affect the gel breaking performance.For low temperature fracturing fluid,0.2% of low temperature thickener can meet the operational requirements.Reducing agents,activators,surfactants that may promote the decomposition of ammonium persulfate was optimized.APS/inorganic reducing agent(RA),APS/Fe(II)/SAC and APS/Fe(II)/EDTA breaker have overall satisfactory performance.They can break the fracturing fluid within 2 h at 30 ℃,with residue content less than 150 mg/L.The fluid uses low guar concentration and fast gel breaking with low residual.It can meet the requirement of low temperature fracturing operation.
