氯化锌活化棉纤维制备成型活性炭工艺研究 被引量:12

摘要 以棉纤维为原料,采用氯化锌为活化剂,通过自粘结成型法制备成型活性炭,考察锌料比、活化温度和成型压强对活性炭性能的影响。结果表明,其最佳制备条件为:锌料比为1∶1.5,活化温度600℃和成型压强10 MPa。成型活性炭含有丰富的官能团,微观结构以微孔为主,比表面积为1 743 m^2/g,平均孔径为2.17 nm,下落强度为59%,碘吸附值为1 838.8 mg/g,亚甲基蓝的吸附值为398 mg/g,达到了国家一级活性炭标准。 The activated carbon was prepared by zinc chloride method with cotton fiber as raw material.The effects of zinc ratio,activation temperature and molding pressure on the performance of activated carbon were investigated.The result showed that the best preparation conditions were as follows:zinc material ratio was 1 ∶1.5,activation temperature was 600 ℃ and molding pressure was 10 MPa,the falling strength is 59%,the iodine adsorption value is 1 838.8 mg/g,and the adsorption value of methylene blue is 398 mg/g ,which has reached the national level activated carbon standard.The specific surface area is 1 743 m^2/g ,the average pore diameter of 2.17 nm.
