化学合成类制药废水“分质物化预处理+生化处理”研究与工程应用 被引量:8

摘要 针对化学合成类制药废水高盐高COD、可生化性差的特点,对化学合成类制药废水根据水质不同进行分质收集与预处理,再进行生化后处理。对高浓度难处理的废水进行"铁碳微电解+芬顿氧化"预处理,提高其可生化性,对高盐高COD废水进行"单效蒸发"进行减量化预处理。预处理后的废水与其余废水混合,进入水解酸化、IC反应、接触氧化,进行后续末端处理。运行结果表明,"分质物化预处理+生化处理"的组合工艺处理效果好,运行稳定、成本较低,各项水质指标均达到了《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—96)的三级标准。 Due to the characteristics of chemical synthesis of pharmaceutical wastewater with high salinity,high COD,and poor biodegradability,the chemically synthesized pharmaceutical wastewater is collected and pretreated according to the different water quality.The “iron-carbon micro-electrolysis+Fenton oxidation ” pretreatment for high-difficult-to-treat wastewater is used to improve its biodegradability,and the “single-effect evaporation” pretreatment for high-salt and high-COD wastewater is used to reduce the volume.The pretreated waste water is mixed with the rest of the waste water to undergo hydrolysis and acidification ,IC reaction,and contact oxidation for subsequent end treatment.The operating results show that the combined process of “separating physi-chemical pretreatment+biological treatment” was stable,effective,and low cost,and the effluent can comply with the Class three standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-96).
