摘要
该文结合笔者在南非Palabora Mining Company新建二期浮选厂EPC项目中的管理经验,从风险识别、风险分析和风险管控的角度对南非矿山项目的主要风险进行了分析和反思,对中国企业从事南非国际工程的风险管理工作提出了建议。
This article addresses the management experience in LiftⅡNew Process Plant:EPC in Palabora Mining Company located in Phalaborwa,Limpopo Province,Republic of South Africa.Details were described from the view of risk identification,risk analysis and risk management,as a considerable reference for similar projects.
