摘要
结合国内外不同的高锰酸钾的生产工艺,选用了卧式加压釜液相法制备锰酸钾。该工艺利用加压反应釜连续氧化制备锰酸钾,将锰酸钾重溶后制取电解液,结合原有高锰酸钾生产线,生产高锰酸钾,高锰酸钾重溶再结晶提纯制取合格的高锰酸钾。
Combined with the production technologies of different potassium permanganate at home and abroad,the preparation of potassium manganate by liquid phase method in horizontal autoclave was selected.In this process,potassium manganate was prepared by continuous oxidation in autoclave,and then electrolyte was produced after the re-dissolution of potassium manganite.Combined with the original potassium permanganate production line,potassium permanganate was produced.Potassium permanganate is subject to re-dissolution,re-crystallization and purification to produce qualified potassium permanganate.
