肺癌的CT征象与表皮生长因子受体基因突变相关性的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 肺癌为世界范围内各类肿瘤死亡率之首,全球每年大约有160万例新增肺癌患者及140万例肺癌死亡患者,而且大部分发生在发展中国家[1]。非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung carcinoma,NSCLC)约占肺癌的85%,而腺癌为NSCLC的最常见亚型。由于传统NSCLC手术切除死亡率高,而且晚期患者无法手术治疗,分子靶向治疗成为最近几十年肺腺癌患者的研究方向与重要选择。多数临床报道显示,针对表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)基因突变的靶向药对NSCLC患者有很好的疗效,能改善肺腺癌患者临床症状并延长总生存期。
