摘要
针对传统水电站水轮机数据监测存在的诸多问题,采用先进的ADMA(Hardware of the Data Acquisition System and the MODBUS Protocol)开发模块,由ADAM-5511母板、ADAM-5017模拟信号输入模块、ADAM-5024模拟信号输出模块、ADAM-5051数字信号输入模块和ADAM-5056数字信号输出模块组成。在利用该模块的开发过程中,应用了内嵌和隔离技术、I/O输入输出开发技术、数据校核技术、域处理技术和错误检测技术等。该模块与上位机进行集成应用实践,丰富了水电站计算机监控系统的内容,有效地提升了水电站综合自动化水平。
Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional turbine data monitoring of hydropower stations, the advanced ADMA (Hardware of the Data Acquisition System and the MODBUS Protocol) development module is adopted. It consists of ADAM-5511 motherboard and ADAM-5017 analog signal input module, ADAM-5024 analog signal output module, ADAM-5051 digital signal input module and ADAM-5056 digital signal output module. In the development process of this module, embedded and isolation technology, I/O input and output development technology, data verification technology, domain processing technology and error detection technology are applied. The application enriches the content of computer monitoring system of hydropower station, improves the function of computer monitoring system of hydropower station in data monitoring of turbine, and effectively improves the level of integrated automation of hydropower station.
