摘要 新疆地理位置特殊,造就了特殊的生态环境,多年来,多项科研攻关工作在关键技术、专有技术等方面进行了创新和突破,取得了一定成果,但面对水利科技工作的新形势、新问题及新要求,仍存在一些问题,还需切实推进水利工程科研创新工作,加强科技创新成果管理,积极推进科技进步。 Xinjiang has a special geographical location, which has created a special ecological environment. Over the years, our institute has carried out a number of scientific research projects in conjunction, and has carried out innovations and breakthroughs in many key technologies and proprietary technologies, and achieved certain results, but faced with new situations and new problems in water conservancy science and technology work. There are still some problems in the new requirements. It is also necessary to effectively promote the research and innovation of water conservancy projects, strengthen the management of scientific and technological innovation achievements, and actively promote scientific and technological progress.
