法律风险是指企业可能承担法律责任、权益被侵害或丧失、增加义务或负担等法律上的不利后果。长期租赁加油站因其租赁期限长,在整个租赁期间出现各类风险的几率高。依据现行的国家相关法律法规,结合成品油销售企业的法律风险管理实践及有关案例,对云南销售公司租赁加油站的法律风险进行分析,并提出相应的风险防控措施。

Legal risk refers to the adverse legal consequences,such as legal liability,infringement or loss of rights and interests,additional obligations or burdens,and so on.Due to the long lease term of long-term lease gas stations,there is a high probability of all kinds of risks during the whole lease period.According to the current relevant laws and regulations of the state,combined with the practice and relevant cases of legal risk management of refined oil sales enterprises,the legal risk of leasing gas stations in Yunnan Sales Company is analyzed,and corresponding risk prevention and control measures are put forward.
