Research on the Management Innovation of Electric Power Enterprises

电力行业在我国国民经济发展中占据着重要的地位,人们的生产与生活都离不开电能的使用。在新时期,我国经济发展迅猛,社会发展对电力企业提出了更高的要求,电力企业只有加大管理、不断创新,才能满足社会发展需要。论文针对电力企业管理工作的特点、电力企业管理中存在的问题以及电力企业管理与创新工作协调发展的有效措施作出简要论述,以供参考。

The electric power industry plays an important role in the development of China national economy.People's production and life are inseparable from the use of electricity.In the new period,China's economy is developing rapidly.Social development puts forward higher requirements for power enterprises.Only by strengthening management and continuous innovation can power enterprises meet the needs of social development.This paper briefly discusses the characteristics of power enterprise management,the problems existing in power enterprise management,and the effective measures for coordinated development of power enterprise management and innovation work,for reference.
