With the rapid growth of wireless data business requirements and LTE mature,on the basis of the existing network,LTE brought unprecedented rate peak experience to the user,and voice business carrying still occurs on the 2G network.How to provide users with better voice service at the same time has become a problem we have to face in the current wireless network optimization.
