浅谈施工组织设计对工程施工成本的影响

目前,我国社会经济有了快速发展,建筑企业也越来越多,国家和地区在建筑施工方面采用各种投标政策,主要是为了让施工企业提升自身的管理水平,保证建筑的质量。在这种情形之下,建筑企业为了提高经济效益,必须要采取相应的措施,严格管理施工工程,降低施工成本,增加自己的收益。施工组织的设计和施工的成本有着直接的联系,对此,论文展开了深入分析,并提出优化施工组织设计的相关建议。

At present,China has got a rapid development of society and economy,and construction enterprises are also increasing.The state and regions has adopted various bidding policies in building construction,the purpose of which is mainly to let construction enterprises improve their management level and ensure the construction quality.In this case,in order to improve economic benefits,construction enterprises must take appropriate measures to strictly manage construction projects,reduce construction costs and increase their own benefits.There is a direct relationship between the design of construction organization and the cost of construction.In this regard,this paper makes an in-depth analysis and puts forward some suggestions for optimizing the design of the construction organization.
