随着经济的高速发展,城市用地规模在逐渐扩大,但城市可用建筑面积却在减少,这也就增加了综合行政办公楼建设的数量。城市综合行政办公楼的数量越多、层数越多,表明城市现代化建设程度越高。论文主要阐述了综合行政办公楼的设计原则,分析了综合行政办公楼的设计内容,希望能为综合行政办公楼设计奠定基础。

With the high-speed development of the economy,the scale of urban land use is gradually expanding,but the available building area of the city is decreasing,which increases the number of the construction of comprehensive administrative office buildings.The more the number and floors of comprehensive administrative office buildings in cities,the higher the degree of urban modernization.This paper mainly expounds the design principles of the comprehensive administrative office building,analyzes the design content of the comprehensive administrative office building,and hopes to lay the foundation for the design of the comprehensive administrative office building.
