With the continuous development of the market economy,the engineering consulting industry has also got rapid development.Under the reform of the national economic system,the engineering consulting industry has gradually become market-oriented and standardized,but there are still some risks in engineering consulting.In order to provide better consulting services for the project,the engineering consulting risks should be analyzed and certain risk management measures should be taken,so as to achieve the effective risk control and promote the development of the engineering consulting industry.This paper mainly summarizes the role of engineering consulting,analyzes the risks of engineering consulting,and proposes risk management measures,for reference.
