随着时代的发展和科学技术的进步,煤电企业得到了快速发展,但是在煤电企业发展的过程中也显露出许多问题,这些问题在一定程度上影响了煤电企业的可持续发展,企业政工的素质就是其中之一。基于此,论文就新时期煤电企业政工素质的培养展开了研究。

With the development of the times and the progress of science and technology,coal and power enterprises have got rapid development.However,in the process of the development of coal and power enterprises,there also reveals many problems,these problems affect the sustainable development of coal and power enterprises to a certain extent,and the political staff quality in enterprise is one of them.Based on this,this paper studies the cultivation of political staff quality of coal power enterprises in the new period.
