小麦旗叶叶片不同部位叶绿素分布差异的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以8个小麦基因型为材料,采用SPAD-502叶绿素测定仪测定方法,在灌浆期测定分析了小麦旗叶叶片基部、中部和叶顶部的叶绿素含量(SPAD)。结果表明,5月1—13日8个基因型叶绿素含量平均值表现为顶部>中部>基部,其中5月5日顶部与中部和基部差异显著,其他日期顶部和中部与基部差异显著;5月19—23日表现为中部>基部>顶部,差异显著;不同测定时期部位间叶绿素平均降解率呈先降低后增加的趋势,5月6—9日最低,5月14—19日最大;灌浆中前期叶片中部叶绿素日降解速率高于基部和顶部,灌浆中期到中后期叶片顶部高于中部和基部,灌浆后期叶片基部高于中部和顶部,这是灌浆中期出现各部位间叶绿素含量差异幅度变小的原因。研究认为,小麦旗叶不同部位间叶绿素含量和解速率存在着显著差异。 Taking 8 wheat genotypes as the test material, and the SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter as the test method, it was tested and analyzed that the content, the degradation rate and chlorophyll degradation rate per-day in the parts of the base, middle, and top of the flag leaf during filling stage. The results showed that the average chlorophyll content of 8 genotypes was top > middle > base from May 5 to 13, the difference between the top and middle and base was significant on May 5, and between the top and the middle and base was significant on other dates. The average degradation rate of chlorophyll showed a trend of decreasing at first and then increasing at different locations during the period of May 19-23, which was the lowest from May 6-9 and the highest from May 14-19. The degradation rate of chlorophyll in middle and early stage of grain filling was higher than that in base and top, the top of leaves was higher than that in middle and late stage of grain filling, and the base of leaves was higher than that in middle and top stage of grain filling, which was the reason why the difference of chlorophyll content between different parts became smaller in middle stage of grain filling. The research conclusion was that there were significant differences in chlorophyll content and degradation rate between different parts of wheat flag leaf.
