对我院常用注射剂溶媒选择的归纳总结

Summary of the Injection Solvent in Beijing Tiantan Hospital

目的:总结我院注射剂品种的相关溶媒,为临床科室合理用药提供依据。方法:以药品说明书为依据,并结合《中华人民共和国药典》《临床用药须知》《新编药物学》《马丁代尔大药典》,对我院100多种注射液溶媒进行归纳总结。结果:在我院注射液中,大多数可用生理盐水和5%的葡萄糖作为溶媒,但有的注射液只能选用一种溶媒。结论:溶媒的选择影响注射剂的使用安全性,临床应用应严格按照药品说明书用药,保证临床用药安全。

Objective: To summarizes the solvent selection for injection in Beijing Tiantan hospital. Methods: Based on drug instructions,combined with "The pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China","notice for clinical drug use","new pharmacology","Martin generation""pharmacopoeia of Martin Dell" more than 100 kinds of injection solvent selection in our hospital were summarized. Results and conclusions: The choice of solvent affect the safety of the injection. Clinical application should be in strict accordance with the drug instructions, to ensure the safety of clinical medication.
