从诺兰达炉渣浮选尾矿回收铜技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对诺兰达炉渣浮选尾砂的性质特点,采用氨浸法工艺,对尾砂中铜的回收进行了试验研究。遵循单一变量原则,分别讨论了浮选尾砂与氨固液比、浸出温度、浸出时间、溶液搅拌转速、助浸剂作用效果等因素对浸出效果的影响,在试验范围内,得出了最优的浸出参数:尾矿与25%~28%浓氨水的质量比1︰1.4,浸出温度60℃,浸出周期8 h,溶液搅拌转速700 r/min,助浸剂(NH_4)_2SO_4添加量0.2 mol/L。在最优试验条件下,尾砂中的铜浸出率达89.24%。实验结果表明,通过氨性浸出回收铜渣中的有价金属铜是一种可行的方法。 According to the characteristic of Noranda slag flotation tailings, the paper makes the test and study on the recovery of copper from tailings by using ammonia leaching process. Following the principle of single variable, the paper discusses the effects of factors such as soild-liquid ratio of flotation tailings and ammonia, leaching temperature, leaching time, solution agitating speed and leaching agent effect on leaching result. The optimum leaching parameters are obtained within the range of the test: mass ratio of tailings and 25%~28% concentrated ammonia water 1:1.4, leaching temperature of 60 ℃, leaching period 8 h, solution agitating speed700 r/min, dosing of leaching agent((NH4)2SO4) 0.2 mol/L. The copper leaching rate in tailings reaches 89.24% under the optimum experimental condition. The test results show that ammonia leaching is a feasible method to recover valuable copper from copper slag.
