摘要 半导体制冷技术是一种利用半导体正向和反向电流所引起的冷热效应原理研发而成的制冷技术。与传统的制冷空调相比,半导体空调具有噪音可控、体积小、环保、工作性能稳定、寿命长等优点,但制冷系数较小。本文介绍了半导体空调的生产工艺及应用范围,结合工程案例,半导体空调取得了理想的温降效果,初步达到现场使用的目标要求。 Semiconductor air conditioning is a new refrigeration method based on the principle of heat and cold effect caused by semiconductor forward and reverse current. Compared with the traditional refrigeration air conditioning, it has the advantages of controllable noise, small volume, environmental protection, stable working performance and long service life, but its refrigeration coefficient is smaller. The paper introduces the production technology and application scope of semiconductor air conditioning.Engineering cases show that semiconductor air conditioning has achieved ideal cooling effect and preliminarily reached the objective of site application.
