摘要
针对由堆石料堆筑构建的尾矿坝,提出一种基于无线网络架构的在线监测系统:将距离较远处的排水井、副坝或拦洪坝所需的各项在线监测数据,通过无线方式传输至主坝汇聚,最终通过工业以太网通信网络将监测的实时数据传送至尾矿库监测机房存储、处理及显示。该系统在保证各项在线监测数据传输稳定可靠的同时,可减少复杂的通信布线工程量和系统的建设周期。
An on-line monitoring system based on wireless network frame is proposed for tailings storage facility constructed with rock-fill stockpile. The on-line monitoring data for drainage wells, auxiliary dams or flood intercepting dams which are far away from the facility are transmitted to the main dam by wireless mode. Finally, the real-time monitoring data are transmitted to the monitoring machine room of tailings storage facility for storage, processing and display through industrial Ethernet communication network. The system ensures the stability and reliability of on-line monitoring data transmission, and reduces the quantities of complicated communication wiring and the construction cycle of the system.
