西方心理正念及其在中小学教育中的应用进展分析 被引量:3

摘要 近十几年来,正念(mindfulness)逐渐在西方社会中广泛普及,甚至在民众中掀起了一场所谓“正念运动”(the mindfulness movement)。从意欲摆脱抑郁、焦虑、强迫、物质和行为成瘾等心理障碍的患者,到试图减压放松的职场白领、孕产妇、运动员、癌症患者、医护人员等高压力人群,以及希望拥有幸福健康人生的普通成人和青少年,都不同程度地参与到正念练习之中。
