清远改革不停步:从“清远经验”到“清远农综改”

1978年11月安徽凤阳小岗村"分田到户""包干到户""包产到户"开启了我国家庭联产承包责任制的先河,是我国农村土地具有突破性的重大改革;而比安徽凤阳小岗村早四个月(1978年7月)的工业领域改革"超计划利润提成奖"在广东清远诞生,形成"清远经验",开启了我国工业领域改革的开端。"清远经验"是解放思想、实事求是、敢闯敢干、敢为人先的产物,是习仲勋等老一辈无产阶级革命家、改革家大力支持的结果。"清远经验"恰逢十一届三中全会召开的改革开放之年,处于有重大意义的历史节点,而改革开放40年后的今天,清远依然传承改革基因和发扬敢为人先的改革精神,在2012年开创了"清远农综改",秉承了清远改革永不停步的改革创新精神,为清远乡村振兴和美丽乡村建设再添改革风采。

It is the result of strong support from Xi Zhongxun and other older generations of proletarian revolutionaries and reformers."Qingyuan Experience" coincides with the year of Reform and Opening up of the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee. It has a historical node of great significance. Today, after 40 years of the Reform and Opening up, Qingyuan still inherits the reform spirit and carries forward the spirit of reform that dares to be the first. In 2012, the "Qingyuan Agricultural Comprehensive Reform" is created, adhering to the spirit of reform and innovation that Qingyuan reform will never stop, and adding the new style to the reform of Qingyuan rural revitalization and beautiful rural construction.
