摘要
根据语言技能习得模型,有针对性地设置相关问卷,对清远职业技术学院2018届的商务英语毕业生进行实习问卷调研,总结出商务英语专业人才培养的职业规划、人员在清远地区的去留以及其英语技能水平与薪资关系,调查结果对清远地区外贸发展留用人才具有重要启发。
This research based on second language learning pattern,tried to figure out the inner relationship between the language proficiency and the income. It investigated in the second language education and talent retention,and offered possible suggestion for the foreign trade talent education in Qingyuan. Having explored the methods of talent retention,it extended a new way for the foreign trade development in Qingyuan.
