摘要
为了保证规模化电动汽车接入后的配电网的稳定性,文章对电动汽车充电负荷特性进行研究,建立了电动汽车充电负荷预测模型,考虑到适应复杂的天气变化情况下的电动汽车充电站负荷预测,采用基于GA-ANFIS-FFNN算法的电动汽车充电负荷预测方法,采用GA优化的ANFIS算法进行充电负荷预测,预测输出结果采用FFNN算法优化提升整体预测准确性,并采用多种算法对比验证本文所提算法在突变天气下的充电负荷预测的优越性。
In order to ensure the stability of the distribution network after the large-scale electric vehicle access,the paper studies the charging load characteristics of electric vehicles,and establishes the electric vehicle charging load prediction model,taking into account the electric vehicle charging station under the complicated weather conditions.Load forecasting,based on GA-ANFIS-FFNN algorithm for electric vehicle charging load forecasting method,GA-optimized ANFIS algorithm for charging load forecasting,predictive output results using FFNN algorithm to optimize overall forecasting accuracy,and using multiple algorithms to verify and verify the superiority of the proposed algorithm in charging load prediction under catastrophic weather.
