摘要
使用双向通风谷物干燥实验台对糜子籽粒进行干燥试验,采用正交试验设计方法,研究热风温度、热风风速、物料厚度对糜子籽粒干燥时间的影响规律。利用双因素分析法探究各因素与试验指标之间的关系,确定各因素在二次非线形模型中的主次顺序。试验结果分析表明,热风温度对糜子籽粒干燥时间影响最大,热风风速次之,物料厚度的影响最小。同时,确定最佳的干燥工艺参数组合为:热风温度60℃,热风风速4m/s,物料厚度20mm。
The drying experiment of grain filling in broomcorn millet was carried out by two way ventilation grain drying test rig.The effects of hot air temperature,velocity and material thickness on drying time of grain filling in broomcorn millets were studied by orthogonal experimental design.Two-factor analysis was used to explore the relationship between the factors and the test index,and the order of the factors in the quadratic non-linear model was determined.The results showed that hot air temperature had the greatest effect on the drying time,followed by hot air velocity and material thickness.At the same time,the best drying process parameters were determined as follows:hot air temperature 60℃,hot air speed 4m/s,material thickness 20mm.
