摘要
用PEG-6000和不同钠盐(NaCI、Na_2SO_4、NaHCO_3、复合钠盐)溶液对鹿藿(Rhynchosia volubilis)种子进行了发芽试验,研究鹿藿种子萌发时期的耐旱性和耐盐性。结果表明:低浓度的PEG(5%)对种子萌发有引发作用,随着PEG浓度的继续升高有抑制作用。在不同钠盐胁迫下,鹿藿种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数随着盐浓度的增加均逐渐降低,除低浓度的Na_2SO_4溶液(0.3%)处理能促进鹿藿的胚根和胚芽生长外,其他处理组胚根和胚芽生长均逐渐受到抑制,鹿藿种子对4种钠盐的耐盐强弱顺序为Na_2SO_4>复合盐> NaCl> NaHCO_3。
A Study of effects of Rhynchosia volubilis seed germination to drought and salt stress was tested with PEG-6000 and different sodium salt solution(NaCl,Na2SO4,NaHCO3 and compound salt).The results showed that:Lower PEG concentration(5%)induced seed germination and inhibited seed germination with increasing PEG concentration.Under different sodium salt stress,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index deceased as the salt concentrations increased.In addition to the lower concentration of Na2SO4 solution(0.3%)treatment can promote the growth of radicle and germ,the other treatment group was gradually inhibited.The order of salt tolerance to the four sodium salts was as follow:Na2SO4>compound salt>NaCl>NaHCO 3.
