摘要
针对在实践教学中采用传统蒸馏法测定液体样品乙醇含量存在取样量大的缺点,研发了一种微量蒸馏装置,并应用于微量液体样品中乙醇含量的测定。该装置结构简单,使用方便,并在实践教学中用于监测啤酒或食醋发酵过程乙醇含量的变化情况,取得了良好的实践教学效果。
The traditional distillation method for the determination of ethanol content of liquid samples has a disadvantage of requiring a large-volume sampling in practical teaching.To avoid the above disadvantage of the traditional distillation method,a microdistillation apparatus is designed and applied to the determination of ethanol content in micro-liquid samples which has advantages of simple structure and convenient operation,has been used for monitoring ethanol content in beer or vinegar fermentation processes in practical teaching and has achieved a good practical teaching effect.
