摘要
构建了含3个一级指标14个二级指标的科技创新能力评价指标体系,使用FCM聚类法对2016年长三角24城市高新技术科技创新能力进行了聚类,采用比较研究法研究了研究对象的优势和劣势。所得结论可为各区域的经济发展提供理论参考。
The evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation ability consisting of 3 primary index and 14 second-level indicators are established,and scientific and technological innovation abilities of 24 cities in Yangtze River Delta are clustered by the mean of FCM clustering analysis,and the advantages and disadvantages of research objects are studied by comparative research method.The research results can provide a strong theoretical reference for the economic development in all regions.
