佳木斯市脊灰野病毒输入传播风险研究——以2017年脊灰风险评估数据为例

Study on the Risk of Poliovirus Infection in Jiamusi

通过对佳木斯市脊灰野病毒输入与传播风险进行研究,发现薄弱县区,为做好维持无脊灰和防止脊灰野病毒输入提供基础材料。分别对各县(市)、区人群免疫情况、AFP病例监测系统运转情况进行评分,根据综合评分结果进行脊灰野病毒输入风险评估。桦川县和富锦市为高风险,向阳区为低风险,其他县(市)、区为中风险;佳木斯市为中风险城市。根据风险级别,查找薄弱环节,提高人群免疫水平和AFP病例监测敏感性,适时开展脊灰输入疫情和疫苗衍生病毒相关事件的应急演练。

Purpose study on the risk of entry and transmission of poliovirus in Jiamusi.Weak counties were found to provide basic materials for maintaining polio free and preventing poliovirus entry in our city.Methods:The immunization status of population and the operation of AFP surveillance system in counties(cities)and districts were scored,and the risk of wild poliovirus importation was assessed according to the comprehensive scoring results.Results:Huachuan County and Fujin City are at high risk,Xiangyang District is at low risk,other counties(cities)and districts are at medium risk,and Jiamusi City is at medium risk.Conclusion:According to risk levels,find out the weak links,improve the immune level of the population,and the sensitivity of AFP case monitoring,and carry out timely emergency drills for wild poliovirus imported epidemics and vaccine-derived virus-related events.
