摘要
针对某款汽车方向盘进行模态试验,得到第一阶固有振动频率小于厂家的要求值.根据模态试验状态使用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立仿真模型,运用Standard隐式求解器进行求解.通过比较、分析两种结果验证仿真模型的建立是否准确,对方向盘结构做出更改和优化并进行有限元模态分析,模态满足企业要求.建模仿真过程极大提高了设计和开发的效率,降低了研发成本,提高了经济效益.
The first natural vibration frequency of a steering wheel was obtained by modal experiment,which is less than the required value of the manufacturer.By using finite element analysis software ABAQUS,the simulation model was established according to the modal experimental state,and was solved by the Standard implicit solver.The two results were compared and analyzed to verify the accuracy of the simulation model.The structure of steering wheel was changed and optimized,and the finite element modal analysis was carried out to make the modal meet the requirements of enterprises.The simulation process can greatly improve efficiencies of the design and the development,and reduce the cost of research and development,and improves the economic efficiency.
