摘要
为满足大学生方程式赛车动力电池轻量化、高速比、可靠安全性、稳定性的要求,对方程式赛车动力电池箱进行结构设计及分析.利用CATIA软件对方程式赛车动力电池箱主要零部件进行结构设计、装配并建立有限元模型,包括确定边界条件及确定载荷和约束施加等.对模型进行静态应力分析,验证模型及边界条件的正确性和可行性.计算出动力电池箱的变形位移和应力,对结果进行可视化处理.在此基础上,确定动力电池箱在工作时的危险部位,并对其完成相关的强度校核及结构优化.通过对箱体结构优化设计,提升了箱体的性能,并降低了其质量.
In order to meet the requirements of lightweight,high speed ratio,reliability,safety and stability of power battery for formula racing car,the structural design and analysis of power battery box of the formula racing car were carried out.CATIA software was used to design,assemble and establish the finite element model for main parts of the power battery box of formula racing car,including determination of boundary conditions,load and constraint application.The static stress analysis was carried out to verify the correctness and feasibility of the finite element model and the boundary condition.Deformation and the stress of the power battery box were calculated,and the result was visualized.On this basis,the dangerous parts of the power battery box during operation was determined,and the strength check and structure optimization were completed.By optimizing the structure of the box,the performance of the box was improved and its quality was reduced.
