摘要
青年教师作为民办高校师资队伍中的重要力量,其成长发展关系到民办高校能否在现代化教育改革中保持竞争优势。文章分析了目前民办高校青年教师的发展现状如身份认同感低、成长速度缓慢等,强调青年教师的成长对高校师资队伍建设、转型发展的必要性,最后针对性地提出青年教师可通过教学与科研工作相结合、自我发展与以老带新相结合、学校工作与社会实践相结合的三种途径,实现自身的快速成长与发展。
Young teachers are an important force in the teaching staff of private universities. The growth and development of them is related to whether private universities can maintain competitive advantage in the reform of modem education. This paper analyzes the current situation of young teachers in private universities, such as low identity,slow growth and etc. Growth of young teachers is necessary to the teaching staff construction and transformation in private universities. It is pointed out that young teachers can achieve their own rapid growth and development through the following three pathways: combination of teaching and scientific re-search ,combination of self-development and guidance of experienced teachers, combination of school work and social practice.
