石油电连接器烧结模具设计研究

摘要 针对高温高压石油连接器产品烧结存在插针位置度不良和偏心等问题,提出了石油电链接器烧结模具的研究,根据不同种类的产品设计出最佳匹配的烧结模具。首先,本文采用膨胀系数与产品外壳、插针接近的718合金材料作为烧结模具基材,保证产品烧结过程中,产品和模具的收缩同步性;其次,通过材料热膨胀理论计算轴向压缩尺寸,保证滑块限位,同时通过ANSYS仿真计算插针径向的膨胀尺寸,设计出膨胀尺寸设计模具定位孔与插针之间的最佳间隙;最后,对30个烧结产品的位置度进行统计分析,得出产品的平均位置度在0. 12以内。结果表明:718合金作为烧结模具基材,结合理论计算和仿真分析将石油电连接器位置度控制在0. 15以内,保证了产品的尺寸要求。 To solve the problem of improper pin position and eccentricity in sintering connector products with high temperature and high pressure petroleum,this research proposes to sintermold of petroleum electric linker,as well as design the best matching sintering mold according to different kinds of products. Firstly,this paper uses 718 alloy material as base material. The expansion coefficient of this materialis close to the outer shell,which effectively guarantees the shrinkage synchronization of the product and the mold during sintering process. Secondly,the axial compression size is obtained through theoretical calculation to guaranteethe limit of the slider.;we also get the radial expansion dimension of the pin by using ANSYS simulation,and design optimal gap between the positioning hole and the pin of the expansion dimension. Finally,according to the positional verification of 30 sintered products,the statistical analysis of the position degree shows that the average position of the product is within 0.12. The results show that: by using 718 alloy as the sintering mold substrate,combining with theoretical calculation and simulation analysis,the position of the petroleum electrical connector is controlled within 0.15,which meets the size requirements of the product.
