摘要
以锡青铜为基材的镀金接插件作为插拔对象,为了探究此类接插件多次插拔对镀金层、插拔力、接触电阻以及粗糙度的影响,设计了两组实验进行研究:第一组为非连续性插拔实验,探究其接触电阻和镀层厚度的变化趋势;第二组为连续性插拔实验,通过拉力测试仪监控不同插拔次数的插拔力曲线,探究插拔力变化趋势。实验结果表明:插拔次数未达到疲劳次数时,随着插拔次数的增加,接触电阻逐步增大,并呈现扩大趋势;镀层厚度逐渐减小,减小趋势逐步放缓;平均插拔力逐步增加,插拔曲线呈对称状;接插件整体粗糙度增加,局部粗糙度降低。
As an object of plugging and pulling,gold-plated connectors are made of tin bronze. In order to investigate the effects insertion force,contact,roughness) of multiple plugging and pulling using such connectors on the wear of gold plating,we propose two sets of experiments,the first is to investigate the change trend of contact resistance and coating thickness;the second is a continuous experiment,the tension force tester is used to monitor the insertion and extraction force curves of different insertion times is utilized to explore the trend of change insertion force. The experimental results show that before reaching the number of fatigues,with the increasing number of plugging and pulling,the contact resistance increases with expansion trend,and the thickness of the coating gradually decreases with decreasing trend gradually slowing down. Furthermore,the average of insertion and extraction force will gradually increase showing a symmetrical trend in insertion and extraction curves. The overall roughness of the connector will also increases,while the local roughness decreases.
