摘要
针对薄壁零件(一边固定,其他边自由的矩形)铣削加工变形问题,利用经验公式建立了其静态铣削力预测模型。同时,在ANSYS Workbench 14. 5软件环境下,结合实际加工参数,研究了在给定铣削力作用下,铣刀切削位置和零件壁厚对加工变形产生的影响,并得出其加工变形规律及预防措施,为该类零件的加工提供理论依据和技术支撑。
For the thin-walled parts (one side fixed and the other side free rectangle) milling deformation problem,and the static milling force prediction model had been established by the empirical formula. At the same time,which under the environment of ANSYS Workbench 14.5 software,the effect of the milling cutter cutting position and wall thickness on the machining deformation under a given milling force were studied by combining with actual machining parameters. And the processing deformation law and preventive measures were obtained to provide the theoretical basis and technical support for the processing of these parts.
