高校图书馆电子资源网络传播侵权相关问题探析——以对外经济贸易大学图书馆为例

Analysis on the Electronic Resources Network Transmission Infringement in University Library——Taking the University of International Business and Economics Library as an Example

电子资源作为图书馆馆藏的重要组成部分,在使用、传播、传递、共享过程中可能会出现侵权问题。以对外经济贸易大学图书馆电子资源网络传播过程中遇到的知识产权纠纷、合同纠纷为例,介绍具体的应对措施与做法,对解决高校图书馆电子资源网络传播侵权的问题提出建议。

As an important part of library collection, electronic resources may face infringe-ment in the process of use, transmission, transfer and sharing. Taking the intellectual prop-erty disputes and contract disputes of electronic resources network transmission in the Univer-sity of International Business and Economics Library as an example, this paper introduces specific countermeasures and practices and puts forward some suggestions to solve electronic resources network transmission infringement in university library.
