摘要
在"后真相"时代,人们对事件真相的认知与判断往往会忽视事件的真实状况,而受个人先前经验、利益、情绪等诸多因素的影响,并倾向于表达非理性的观点和立场,容易产生图书馆网络舆情危机,对图书馆的管理、服务工作带来较大的负面影响。通过分析图书馆"后真相"时代网络舆情危机的产生原因及其应对机制,提出了图书馆舆情危机的处理流程和应对机制。
In the “post - truth” era,people tend to ignore the real situation of events. Influ-enced by many factors, such as personal experience, interests, emotions, people are inclined to express irrational views and positions. So it is easy to produce public opinion crisis in the li-brary network, which has a great negative impact on the management and service of the li-brary. Based on the study of the causes and coping mechanisms of the libraries network public opinion crisis in the “post-truth” era,the paper puts forward the process procedure and coping mechanism of the libraries network public opinion crisis.
