Research Review on Quality Evaluation of Open Access Journals

开放存取期刊已逐渐成为科学研究免费共享的重要学术性资源之一。通过网络调查法和文献内容分析方法,从评价视角、评价方法与评价体系三方面对国内外有关开放存取期刊质量评价的文献进行梳理和比较分析。国内外开放存取期刊质量评价的研究视角主要集中在其学术影响力和期刊本身质量的评价;研究方法主要有引文分析法、网络计量法、同行评审法和综合评价法;评价指标体系的研究主要在兼顾传统的评价和开放存取期刊自身网络特征的综合评价。

Open access journals have gradually become one of the important academic re-sources for free sharing of scientific research. Through network survey method and literature content analysis method, the literature on quality evaluation of open-access journals at home and abroad are sorted out and compared from the perspective of evaluation, evaluation method and evaluation system. The evaluation of the quality of open-access journals at home and a- broad mainly focuses on its academic influence and the evaluation of the quality of journals themselves. The research methods include citation analysis, network measurement, peer re-view and comprehensive evaluation. The research of evaluation index system is mainly con-cerned with the traditional evaluation and the comprehensive evaluation of the network charac-teristics of open access journals.
