摘要
介绍了钨铁粉作为显示剂检测电渣锭金属熔池形状的机理,分析了钨铁粉粒度组成及加入量对熔池形状的影响,并通过直读光谱分析仪验证了金属熔池固液两相区的存在。结果表明,金属熔池的液、固相线若都能清晰地显现,则钨铁粉合适的粒度组成为60%(0.15~0.25)mm+30%(0.5~1.0)mm+10%(1.5~2.5)mm;适宜加入量为1 kg/100 mm钢锭直径。利用钨铁粉对电渣锭熔池形状的测定可为评价和优化电渣重熔工艺、改善高速钢钢锭铸态组织偏析提供可靠的依据和支持。
The mechanism of detecting the shape of molten pool of electroslag ingot with ferrotungsten powder as developer is introduced. The influence of particle size composition and addition amount of ferrotungsten powder on the shape of molten pool is analyzed. The existence of solid-liquid two-phase zone in molten pool is verified by direct reading spectrum analysis. The results show that if the liquid and solid phases of the molten pool can be clearly displayed, the appropriate particle size composition of ferrotungsten powder is 60%(0.15~0.25) mm + 30%(0.5~1.0) mm + 10%(1.5~2.5) mm, and the suitable addition amount is 1 kg/100 mm ingot diameter. The determination of molten pool shape of ESR ingot with ferrotungsten powder can provide reliable basis and support for optimizing ESR process and improving cast structure segregation of high-speed steel ingot.
