摘要
随着高炉喷煤量的不断增加,磨煤机出力能力不足成为制约高炉煤比提高的重要因素。针对河钢承钢喷煤作业区C磨煤机出力能力不足的现状,分析了影响其出力能力的因素,并采取了相应的整改措施。通过对C磨煤机的磨辊、喷嘴环、加载油缸、停风阀进行更换及改造,调整粗粉分离器叶片角度,降低系统漏风率,使C磨煤机的出力能力较改造前提高了5 t/h,有利于高炉大煤比喷吹的实施。
With the increasing amount of coal injection, the insufficient output capacity of pulverizer has become an important factor restricting the improvement of coal ratio in blast furnace. In view of the insufficient output capacity of C pulverizer in the coal injection area of Chengsteel, the factors affecting its output capacity are analyzed, and the corresponding rectification measures are taken. By replacing and reforming the roller, nozzle ring, loading cylinder and stop valve of C coal mill, adjusting the blade angle of coarse powder separator, reducing the air leakage rate of the system, the output capacity of C pulverizer is increased by 5 t/h , which is conducive to the implementation of high coal ratio injection in blast furnace.
