摘要
针对河钢承钢360 m^2烧结机台车运行过程中的跑偏现象,分析了跑偏的原因及危害,提出了相应的纠偏措施。通过校正中心线、更换并调整头尾部弯轨、预留合适热膨胀间隙等措施,烧结机的跑偏情况得到较大改善,漏风率大大降低,弯轨现象得到有效控制。
Aiming at the deviation phenomenon of 360 m^2 sintering machine trolley in Chengsteel, the causes and damage of the deviation are analyzed, and the corresponding corrective measures are put forward. By correcting the center line, replacing and adjusting the curved rail at the head and tail, and reserving suitable thermal expansion gap, the deviation of sintering machine has been greatly improved, the air leakage rate has been greatly reduced, and the phenomenon of curved rail has been effectively controlled.
