摘要
针对脱磷铁水+AOD+VOD三步法冶炼400系不锈钢冶炼过程,通过分析AOD炉脱碳保铬化学反应中碳、铬、温度三者之间的平衡关系,并综合考虑体系的质量和热量衡算及精炼过程的不等温状态,开发了基于Visual Basic.Net程序的AOD全铁水冶炼数学模型,可准确计算出入炉料和发热剂的用量,并分析冶炼过程的热量收支情况和影响过程热量的关键因素。与实际生产用料量相比,模型计算值误差均在8%以内,因此可用于指导生产,最终实现钢水高效化冶炼。
Aiming at the process of 400 series stainless steel smelting with dephosphorized hot metal+AOD+VOD three-step process, by analyzing the equilibrium relationship among carbon, chromium and temperature in the chemical reaction of decarbonization and chromium retention in AOD furnace, and thinking the mass and heat balance of the system and the unequal temperature state of refining process, a mathematical model of AOD hot metal smelting based on Visual Basic.Net program is developed, which can be accurately calculate the dosage of furnace charge and heating agent, and analyze the heat budget and key factors affecting the heat during the smelting process. Compared with the actual production consumption, the calculated error of model is less than 8%, so it can be used to guide the production and ultimately realize the high efficiency of molten steel smelting.
