摘要 目的探讨嵌入式临床技能培训在外科学总论中的教学效果评价。方法在大四上学期学习外科学总论时,从临床医学专业的11个班中随机抽出4个班,又将这4个班随机分为两组,每组各2个班级。A组为对照组,采取传统模式进行教学;B组为教改组,采取嵌入式临床技能培训教学。通过两组的中期理论、技能考核,期末理论、技能考核成绩的统计比较,评价教改的教学效果。结果期中理论考核:对照组合格(112人,70.9%),教改组合格(150人,96.8%),两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);期末理论考核:对照组,合格(106人,67.1%),教改组合格(136人,87.7%),两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);期中技能考核:对照组合格(96人,60.8%),教改组合格(143人,92.3%),两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);期末技能考核:对照组合格(101人,63.9%),教改组合格(141人,91.0%),两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论嵌入式临床技能培训能够明显提高医学生学习兴趣,且能够显著提高医学生对理论知识及临床基本技能的掌握。 Objective To explore the teaching effect evaluation of embedded clinical skills training in general introduction of surgery. Methods Four classes were randomly selected from 11 classes of clinical medicine majors during the senior year.The four classes were randomly divided into two groups,each with two classes.Group A was the control group,which adopts traditional teaching mode.Group B was reorganized to adopt embedded clinical skills training.The teaching effect of the teaching reform was evaluated by comparing the mid-term theory,skill assessment, final theory and skill assessment results of the two groups.Results Midterm theoretical assessment:the control group was qualified (112 persons, 70.9%) and the education reform group was qualified (150 persons,96.8%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Final theoretical assessment:control group,qualified (106 persons, 67.1%) and education reform group (136 persons,87.7%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Mid-term skills assessment:the control group was qualified (96 persons,60.8%) and the education reform group was qualified (143 persons,92.3%).There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Final skills assessment:the control group qualified (101 persons,63.9%) and the education reform group qualified (141 persons,91.0%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Embedded clinical skills training can significantly improve medical students' interest in learning and their mastery of theoretical knowledge and basic clinical skills.
