摘要 目的探讨分析手术视频联合病例讨论在外科临床实习教学中的应用。方法选取60名我院外科临床实习生为研究对象,对照组30名采取常规的临床实习教学模式,观察组30名采取手术视频联合病例讨论的实习教学模式,比较分析两组实习生的实习考核结果情况以及差异情况。结果观察组学生对授课情况的评价中,评价非常好的占60.0%,高于对照组的46.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);评价较差的占3.3%,低于对照组的13.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组学生理论考核成绩优秀的占76.7%,高于对照组的60.0%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);考核成绩不及格的占3.3%,低于对照组的16.7%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组学生授课满意度调查中,授课情况满意的占73.3%,高于对照组的60.0%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中授课情况不满意的占6.7%,低于对照组的20.0%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论术视频结合病例讨论教学法用于骨科临床实习教学中,可以明显改善教学质量,提升学生的教学成绩以及教学满意度,具有重要的实际应用价值。 Objective To explore the application of surgical video combined with case discussion in surgical clinical practice teaching. Methods 60 cases of surgical clinical interns in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.30 cases in the control group was given the routine clinical practice teaching mode,while 30 cases in the observation group was given the practice teaching mode of the surgery video combined with case discussion.The results of the assessment and the differences were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,60.0% of the students evaluated the teaching situation very well,which was higher than 46.7% of the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The rate of poor evaluation was 3.3%,which was lower than 13.3% of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).76.7% of the students in the observation group were excellent in theoretical assessment,which was higher than 60.0% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The failure rate was 3.3%,which was lower than 16.7% of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).In the survey of students' satisfaction with teaching, 73.3% of the students in the observation group were satisfied with teaching, which was higher than 60.0% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).The unsatisfactory teaching situation in the observation group accounted for 6.7%,which was lower than 20.0% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of video combined with case discussion teaching method in orthopedic clinical practice teaching can significantly improve the teaching quality, improve students' teaching achievement and teaching satisfaction,and it has important practical application value.
