标准化病人在西医内科教学中的应用

Application of Standardized Patients in Western Medicine Teaching

目的探讨标准化病人在西医内科教学中的应用价值。方法选择120例2016级临床硕士研究生为研究对象。依据教学方式的差异,将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组接受传统教学方式,给予观察组学生标准化病人教学方式,对比两组教学成效。结果观察组理论成绩、实践成绩和总成绩均高于对照组,组间各数据比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者满意度为95.0%,高于对照组的80.0%,组间数据比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论将标准化病人教学方式应用于西医内科教学,既可提高学生成绩,也能使学生对教学工作的满意度得到提升。

Objective To explore the application value of standardized patients in western medicine teaching.Methods 120 graduate students of clinical master's degree 2016 were selected as the study subjects. According to the differences of teaching methods,they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group accepted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group was given standardized patient teaching methods,and the teaching effects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical,practical and total results of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 95.0%,higher than 80.0% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of standardized patient teaching method in western medicine teaching can not only improve students' performance,but also improve students' satisfaction with teaching work.
